What is the issue?
Some users are unable to generate or download their 2025 tax forms. Clicking
Generate All
does not produce or download the forms, including Form 8949.
This appears to affect accounts with high transaction counts.
Who is affected?
Users generating 2025 tax forms, primarily those with large transaction volumes.
What is the workaround?
Contact support and we can generate and provide your forms directly so you're not blocked from filing.
You can upvote this post to indicate you are experiencing this behavior. The post status will be changed to
Complete
once a fix is rolled out to all users. Up-voters will be notified of the status change.
