Kraken offers "Bundles," which let you buy a preset basket of several cryptocurrencies in one purchase. When you buy a bundle, CoinTracker records the individual coins you received, but Kraken reports the balance for those tokens as zero.

Because Kraken doesn't report this balance, some users may see their Kraken wallet showing a balance difference that can't be resolved by re-syncing.

There is no workaround at this time. Your bundle transactions are still ingested and considered in your calculated balance. This has no impact to your tax reports/calculations.
