What is the issue?
Users may experience Send and Receive transactions being incorrectly paired as transfers, leading to 'Insufficient quantity' errors and a 0 cost basis.
Expected Behavior
Send and Receive transactions should only be paired as a transfer in accurate scenarios to avoid errors and ensure proper cost basis calculation.
What is the workaround?
Users can manually resolve incorrect transfer pairings by using the
Transfer Unlinking
feature. Follow the instructions in this article to unlink and re-link transactions as needed:
