What is the issue?
Some users have reported that they can complete steps 1–5 of the CoinTracker MCP setup successfully but hit a failure at step 6, when ChatGPT finalizes the connection.
ChatGPT displays
Something went wrong with setting up the connection
and the CoinTracker plugin remains uninstalled.
This does not affect existing account data or tax calculations; it only prevents the MCP connection from completing.
How can users provide feedback?
