Cardano: Successful wallet sync but no new transactions

What's the experience:
Some users have reported that their Cardano wallets show a recent successful auto-sync in the Wallets page but has stopped importing new transactions.
Syncs should automatically pull in the latest transaction data.
As a user, what should I do?
Users can select the
re-import
option to pull in the latest transaction data.You can also 🔼 upvote this forum post to indicate you are experiencing this behavior. The post status will be changed to
