What is the issue?
Users with a higher transaction count may see a perpetual hang after clicking “Generate” on Form 8949.

We need it as soon as possible. Probably it hangs because it can't generate Email form, as most of email providers have file size limit and will require some upload service link (e.g. google drive), and such forms are usually 100+ mb in size.
